She is also the founder of National Cell Phone Courtesy Month in July. As a nationally recognized expert in the field of etiquette, Jacqueline is frequently quoted by national business, trade and consumer publications and wire services. She has been featured on CNN, The Travel Channel, in USA Today and The New York Times. Her awards include Business Associate of the Year from the American Business Women's Association, Mrs. Palm Beach County America 2000, and the 2003 Golden Web Award from the International Association of Web Masters and Designers.
